It starts with a simple email. A family member is welcome to arrange the visit or join the session.

1

Tell us what’s happening

Email the device, the problem, your ZIP code, and a few times that work for you.

2

Choose a session

We’ll reply by email to confirm whether remote help or an in-home visit fits best.

3

Learn as we solve

We’ll explain each step, answer questions, and make sure you can repeat the important parts.

Your safety

Your device. Your decisions.

Technology help often touches personal information. Our approach keeps you involved and informed from start to finish.

Passwords stay private

You enter your own passwords and verification codes. We won’t ask to keep them.

Changes are explained first

Before changing a setting or installing an app, we’ll explain what it does and get your okay.

Family is welcome

A trusted family member or friend can be present, join remotely, or handle the booking.

Common questions

Good to know before you book.

What kinds of devices can you help with?

Everyday phones, tablets, Windows and Mac computers, printers, Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, and common apps. Include the device model in your email if you know it.

Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong?

No. Describe what you see, what you expected to happen, and any message on the screen. A photo or screenshot can help, but it isn’t required.

Can I book for a parent or family member?

Yes. You can arrange the session, join it, or simply share the details. The person receiving help stays in control of their device and accounts.

What if the issue takes longer than expected?

We’ll pause, explain what remains, and agree on the next step before adding time. In-home visits can add 30 minutes for $35.

How do I pay?

Payment details will be confirmed by email when your appointment is scheduled.
